Dishes named by the publisher
Two dishes are named in Bandai Namco's own product text. The launch announcement calls Water-Water Meat BBQ a well-known favourite, and the official US game page also names Sea King Penne Gorgonzola. These are the only recipe names that appear in the official written descriptions we checked.
The names tell you what is on the menu, not how to make it. Neither source lists ingredients, quantities or unlock steps for these dishes. We will add those details only after we can confirm them in the released game.
Dishes shown in official screenshots
The official Steam gallery shows more dish names on screen. One screenshot shows Sanji presenting Sanji's Pilaf in the kitchen. Another shows a set called Captain's Combo Plate with four components.
Because these names come from official images rather than written descriptions, we list them separately. They confirm that the dishes exist in the build shown in the screenshots. They do not tell us how common or valuable each dish is.
- Sanji's Pilaf
- Captain's Combo Plate (main dish)
- Chicken on the Bone (side dish)
- Popcorn (dessert)
- Straw Hat Strawberry Float (drink)
Cooking with Sanji
Sanji is your partner in the kitchen. The official gameplay guide says you team up with him to mix and match ingredients and recipes and create brand-new dishes for the menu. Toei Animation describes the same partnership of gathering ingredients and cooking delicious dishes alongside him.
Devil Fruit users can provide special assistance in the kitchen, according to Bandai Namco. The publisher has not explained exactly what that assistance does. We describe it as a confirmed feature without guessing at its effect.
Cooking ends with presentation. Once a dish is ready, plating and decoration add the finishing touch. That step leads directly into building set menus.
Devil Fruit inspired recipes
Bandai Namco and Toei Animation both mention recipes inspired by Devil Fruit powers. The launch announcement calls them imaginative recipes alongside familiar favourites. Toei Animation says you can craft your own menu with fan-favourite recipes and these imaginative dishes.
No source names a specific Devil Fruit dish yet. We will not attach a character or fruit to a recipe without seeing it in the game. If you spot one after launch, our contact page explains how to send a screenshot.
From dishes to set menus
Single dishes become set menus. The official guide says you combine finished dishes with decorative elements to create original set menus and impress customers with your signature creations. The launch announcement also talks about creating your own signature set menus.
The Captain's Combo Plate screenshot shows how a set is organised. It has slots for a main dish, a side dish, a dessert and a drink, each marked with a level. The screen also shows a Tastiness rating and a button to change the garnish.
The screenshot does not explain how the Tastiness rating is calculated or what it affects. We treat it as a visible stat rather than a known formula. A tested explanation will need the full game.
Plating, garnish and presentation
Presentation is part of every recipe in this game. Bandai Namco says that once the cooking is done, it is time for the finishing touch of plating and decoration. Those decorative elements are then combined with finished dishes to build original set menus that impress customers.
The official set menu screenshot includes a Change Garnish button below the set. That confirms garnish can be swapped on a finished set, although the effect of each garnish has not been published. We will document garnish options and their effects once we can test them in the released game.
Do recipes differ by platform?
Bandai Namco announced the same game for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam, iOS and Android. No official source suggests that recipes or dishes differ between those versions. Until someone shows a difference, assume the menu is the same everywhere.
Your recipe progress is a different matter. Nintendo says saves cannot be transferred from the Switch edition to the Switch 2 edition, and no cross-platform save system has been confirmed. Recipes you unlock on one version should be expected to stay on that version.
How the menu grows
Recipes are not all available at the start. The launch announcement says new recipes and opportunities are discovered across the seas as the restaurant grows. The official US page connects character ideas, ingredient choices, Sanji's cooking and adventure with finding recipes.
An official screenshot of an ingredient pickup shows the message that you might be onto a new recipe. That links gathering ingredients with recipe discovery. The exact trigger for each recipe is covered on our recipe unlocks page, which explains what is and is not confirmed.
Recipes and customers
Customers decide whether a menu works. Bandai Namco says each character has their own preferences for food and decor, and fulfilling their requests encourages them to return. A varied menu gives you more ways to meet those preferences.
More than 400 characters can visit, so tastes will differ. The publisher does not publish a list of favourite dishes per character. Watch what your regular customers ask for and adjust your sets accordingly.
What we cannot list yet
Several recipe details are still unverified. Ingredient counts, sale values, quality formulas, the full list of recipe names, best-dish rankings and unlock thresholds were not available in any source we checked. Listing them now would mean inventing numbers.
Recipes from ONE PIECE cookbooks or the anime are not the same as in-game recipes. We only list dishes that official material or the game itself shows. The UnGeek preview also noted that its demo offered only a limited selection of dishes.
We will expand this page into a full recipe table after launch. Each entry will show the dish, its ingredients, how it was unlocked and the platform and version we tested. Until then, the dishes above are everything that can be confirmed.
