Official download links by platform
Bandai Namco's launch announcement names the legitimate distribution channels. They are Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam, the App Store and Google Play. Each store page below is the official listing for that platform.
- PC: Steam, app 3905010, or the Bandai Namco Store PC digital edition.
- Nintendo Switch: the Switch edition on the Nintendo eShop.
- Nintendo Switch 2: the separate native Switch 2 edition on the Nintendo eShop.
- iPhone and iPad: the App Store, app ID 6771652722.
- Android: Google Play, package com.bandainamcoent.op_restaurant.
How to recognise the real game
Fake listings often copy a game's name and artwork. The real PC version is Steam app 3905010, developed by Kairosoft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Checking the app ID in the store address is the quickest way to confirm it.
On mobile, both official listings name Bandai Namco Entertainment as the publisher or provider. The Apple app ID is 6771652722 and the Android package is com.bandainamcoent.op_restaurant. If a listing shows a different publisher or ID, it is not the official game.
On Nintendo platforms, buy from the eShop on your console or from Nintendo's official website. Nintendo lists the Switch and Switch 2 versions as separate products, each clearly labelled with its system. Bandai Namco's own PC store is the only other official seller we confirmed.
Pre-order versus playable download
A store page being live does not mean the game is playable yet. Steam showed a pre-purchase option when we checked, and Google Play showed a wishlist option. Neither lets you play before release.
Nintendo's UK store explains that pre-ordering secures the game but does not let you play before the release date. The publisher's announced release date is October 23, 2026. Our release date page shows how each store displays the date.
Downloading on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2
Nintendo lists separate products for Switch and Switch 2, so choose the edition that matches your console. The Switch edition is listed as compatible with Switch 2. However, Nintendo's US page says it cannot be upgraded to the native Switch 2 edition and saves cannot be transferred between them.
Nintendo's UK page explains what a digital purchase needs. You need a Nintendo Account in the right region, a linked console, current system software, an internet connection and enough storage. The US Switch 2 page listed an estimated size of 292 MB, which may change before release.
Downloading on PC
Steam is the main PC store, and Bandai Namco also offers a PC digital edition through its own store. Steam lists single-player, Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud and Family Sharing. Detailed system requirements were still marked TBA, apart from a 64-bit processor and operating system.
No native Mac or Linux version was confirmed in the sources we checked. Steam Deck support had not been rated either. Our Steam and system requirements pages track those details.
Check the Steam page for regional pricing before you buy, because the price we saw was shown in one local currency. The Bandai Namco Store edition is an alternative for players who prefer buying from the publisher. Both lead to the same PC game.
Downloading on iPhone, iPad and Android
The App Store listing we checked required iOS 13.0 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 13.0 or later on iPad. That storefront showed an expected date of October 24, 2026, with a note that store dates may differ from the actual release. Prices and dates in other regions may be different.
Google Play showed the official listing with a wishlist option and an update date of October 9, 2026. A minimum Android version and download size had not been confirmed. Open the Google Play page on your device to see whether it is listed as compatible.
Avoid unofficial downloads
We found no official free PC build, standalone APK, demo download or global early access program. Sites offering any of these are not official sources. Downloading from them risks malware and account problems.
Android players should install only through Google Play, not from APK mirror sites. Emulators and repacks are not official ways to play either. If a deal looks too good, compare it with the official store listing first.
Bandai Namco's official game pages link to the real stores for every platform. If you are unsure whether a store page is genuine, start from the official site instead of a search result. That route always leads to the listings named on this page.
Which version should you download?
Choose the platform you expect to keep playing on. No cross-platform save system has been confirmed between PC, Nintendo and mobile. Steam Cloud keeps PC saves in your Steam account, but it is not evidence of saves moving to other platforms.
On Nintendo consoles the choice matters even more. Saves cannot be transferred between the Switch and Switch 2 editions, according to Nintendo's US listing. Steam and Nintendo list the game as single-player, so there is no shared online progress to rely on.
What you get with the download
Every official download is the same restaurant management simulation from Kairosoft. You join the Straw Hat Crew at Baratie Number Two, cook with Sanji and design your restaurant. Bandai Namco promises more than 400 characters and over 200 furniture and decor items.
The Bandai Namco Store lists a standard digital edition for PC. We found no confirmed deluxe edition, paid DLC or season pass in the sources we checked. We will add any extra content here if the publisher announces it.
Troubleshooting a missing store page
If you cannot find the game in your store, check your account region first. Store availability can differ by country, and a listing visible in one region may not appear in another. On Nintendo platforms, the eShop region follows your Nintendo Account.
If the page exists but you cannot buy it, the store may still be in pre-order or wishlist mode. Check again around the October 23 release date. For purchase or account problems, contact the support team of the store you are using.
